1. What types of earrings does MirraPearl offer? We offer a wide variety of beautiful earrings, including:

  • Hoop earrings (small, medium, large)
  • Dangle & drop earrings
  • Pearl earrings & classic styles
  • Huggies, cuffs & climbers
  • Hypoallergenic & everyday wear designs

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your earrings are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn earrings in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn earrings are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your earrings hypoallergenic and comfortable? Yes! Most of our earrings are made with sterling silver, stainless steel, or gold-plated materials that are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive ears. All designs are lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear.

7. How do I care for my earrings?

  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals Specific care instructions are included with each pair.
